ON HIATUS. It has been over five years of writing a daily poem and I needed a bit of a break. I'm not sure what the next step for this project will be. In the meantime, I am reviewing the poems written to compile into a new anthology. Thank you for joining me on this journey and enjoy the poetry.

deliquesce
sugar on the tongue
i deliquesce and dissipate
because i could not anticipate
esteem i built so carefully
crystallized and spun
the architecture of me
sweet but fragile
not strong enough
to withstand
the deluge
