EACH DAY A NEW WORD / EACH DAY A NEW PIECE -
ON HIATUS. It has been over five years of writing a daily poem and I needed a bit of a break. I'm not sure what the next step for this project will be. In the meantime, I am reviewing the poems written to compile into a new anthology. Thank you for joining me on this journey and enjoy the poetry.

tare
it matters not
the words which weigh
find their tare
in shape and form
of saddened eyes
and pouted lips
as though regret redeemed
as though loss lightened
by paving stone intention
but still the path as laid
is hellward bound again
