EACH DAY A NEW WORD / EACH DAY A NEW PIECE -
ON HIATUS. It has been over five years of writing a daily poem and I needed a bit of a break. I'm not sure what the next step for this project will be. In the meantime, I am reviewing the poems written to compile into a new anthology. Thank you for joining me on this journey and enjoy the poetry.

repudiate
i tell myself
to be stern
with face foreboding
grimly grimace unforgiving
that i may repudiate you
as i know i must do
but you grin
and take me in
my resolve melts
as snow in summer sun
and when you kiss me
i come undone
