ON HIATUS. It has been over five years of writing a daily poem and I needed a bit of a break. I'm not sure what the next step for this project will be. In the meantime, I am reviewing the poems written to compile into a new anthology. Thank you for joining me on this journey and enjoy the poetry.

at the start of the new
I could wish my past
were told but
with redactions
wipe out
my overreactions
my greater infractions
and yet my mouth
will run beyond my sense
I hope that honesty
serves as my defense
and love my recompense
