EACH DAY A NEW WORD / EACH DAY A NEW PIECE -
ON HIATUS. It has been over five years of writing a daily poem and I needed a bit of a break. I'm not sure what the next step for this project will be. In the meantime, I am reviewing the poems written to compile into a new anthology. Thank you for joining me on this journey and enjoy the poetry.

sylvan
I dream of you
in sylvan glade
the mists of mystery
and woodlands damp
your cloak
and there you stand
mighty oak
your words drip
like moss
and I bask in your shade
lean against your sturdy frame
and rest me in your coolness
