ON HIATUS. It has been over five years of writing a daily poem and I needed a bit of a break. I'm not sure what the next step for this project will be. In the meantime, I am reviewing the poems written to compile into a new anthology. Thank you for joining me on this journey and enjoy the poetry.

rubbed with unguents of coconuts
in bikini-clad vestments
daiquiri sacraments drunk
heliolatry hidden as hedonism
positioned supine in supplication
new baptized in the light
of summer's sultry days
the congregation gathers
