of this dying earth
pluck and pull
and pack away
remember thee
the honey bee
sing along the last song
of Kirtland's Warbler
or croaking frogs
or wild dogs
or flowers bloom
in garbage bogs
be a scavenger saving
from the wreckage
a collage more beautiful
than dreaming
