ON HIATUS. It has been over five years of writing a daily poem and I needed a bit of a break. I'm not sure what the next step for this project will be. In the meantime, I am reviewing the poems written to compile into a new anthology. Thank you for joining me on this journey and enjoy the poetry.

katzenjammer
dull ache suffused
head sore - heart bruised
in the katzenjammer cliche
of a break up binge
a siren passes and you cringe
the bourbon blurred
and pressed your pause
but now tomorrow
has you in her claws
