i rack my brain for words poetic
but they will not come
exhaustion/delusion reign frenetic
my sentences on run
confusion dominates my aesthetic
search for smart big words
profoundly professorially noetic
or instead of grandiose
perhaps prophetic
but spent, I fear,
they're just pathetic
